| We've launched our NEW advisor bonus program! We are pleased to share there are three ways to get rewarded with Empire Life in 2024. Our NEW advisor insurance bonus program, the Empire Life Growth & Loyalty Bonus, is a great way for qualifying advisors to get rewarded. We will pay a bonus calculated on net annualized FYC of between 5% to 25%. There are two ways for advisors to get rewarded with this new bonus: - Get rewarded for growth by achieving tiered levels of sales growth during a calendar year.
- Get rewarded for loyalty by achieving minimum program thresholds over multiple consecutive calendar years.

| Empire Life’s new insurance bonus grows with you and allows you to be in charge of your growth, with a boost from us to thank you for your dedication and loyalty.
As of January 1, 2024, advisors can earn between 5% to 15% of net annualized first year commission when they submit and settle life and health insurance applications with Empire Life: earning even more, up to 25%, with each consecutive year in the program to which they qualify! | Our popular Fast & Full® Digital Bonus Program continues into 2024, providing FYC enhancements simply by submitting applications through our electronic platform. |

| Advisors can continue to earn up to 10% more first year commission (FYC)1 on life and health insurance products when the application is submitted using our electronic Fast & Full Life App. |
