The transition of SSQ Insurance to Beneva

It’s official: La Capitale will be transitioning to Beneva in January. However, we'd like to take a moment to reassure you. To continue providing unparallelled customer service, we will transition to Beneva one company at a time. Therefore, it’s business as usual at SSQ Insurance.

You won’t be seeing any changes for now. During 2022, you will be notified about the details of SSQ Insurance’s future transition. In January, we will contact customers to inform them that nothing changes for them during the coming year. Their contracts remain the same, and they benefit from the same coverage.

Your needs and customer experience are our top priorities during this transition. Our people are still there for you as SSQ Insurance becomes Beneva.
