CLIENT PORTFOLIO: NEW AND IMPROVED STATEMENTS

The Client Portfolio tool in Webi gives you access to statements for the insurance and savings products and investment funds your clients have with us.

The new statements will be available on September 8, 2020.

What to expect from the new statements

• More relevant information
• Clearer presentation of information and, for insurance statements, a landscape layout for easier reading
• Clear terminology to improve comprehension
• A more modern look
• Accessible format for the visually impaired, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act

How to access the new statements

It’s just as easy as ever! Click Statement Request, select the statements and click Produce Statement.

The statement will download as a PDF and appear in the lower left-hand corner of your screen. Just click to open it. The statement will be saved in the Downloads folder.

For the statement to automatically include your client’s name, we recommend using Microsoft Edge to download the PDF file.

So to help them complete the medical questionnaire in the DSign electronic application, we put together a list of medical terms including diseases and health conditions. We chose these terms based on the questions that come up most often on the questionnaire.

You can use this list to explain medical terms when you meet with clients.
