Boosting our strong service levels

We are constantly looking for efficiencies, and finding ways to improve customer experience is a top priority. We’re pleased to report some new progress.

For the first half of August, on average, 44% of Fast & Full^® applications were issued in fewer than five days¹when using electronic Health Questionnaire (eHQ) and eContract delivery. While those are the average issue times, many policies are issued MUCH faster, often within hours. In fact, during the past two weeks, 8% of the applications were settled in under 24 hours.
