Speeding up our average issue times

We are constantly looking for ways to provide a better customer experience and have numerous initiatives underway aimed at servicing your clients as quickly as possible. We are pleased to share that our percentage of policies issued in under 5 days is on an upward trend.

For the last half of August, on average, 50% of Fast & Full^® applications were issued in fewer than five days¹when using electronic Health Questionnaire (eHQ) and eContract delivery. This is great news since this represents around 50% of our policies. While the metrics below are the average issue times, many policies are issued MUCH faster, often within hours.

You can speed up the application process for your clients by using the Fast & Full Life app and opting for the electronic health questionnaire (eHQ) and eContract delivery.
