Starting June 19, we will combine all our digital spaces. Clients will benefit from our new Beneva branded Client Centre that will bring together Life Insurance as well as Savings and Investment products.
Your clients will be accompanied step-by-step according to the channels they are likely to use (web, mobile or by phone) and a plan is in place to support them as best as possible. |

2-Factor Authentification |

When connecting to beneva.ca, your clients will be prompted to activate, if they wish, the 2-factor authentication which will increase the level of security and better protect their personal information.
This feature will be available at their convenience and it can be deactivated at any time. |

Your clients will receive a communication addressing all the changes. Periodic mailings will occur between the end of May and the end of August. - Clients with an SSQ Life Insurance policy will have to create their own Beneva Client Centre login/account and will then be able to access their annual statements.
- Clients who have SSQ Investment products will have to create an account in their Beneva Client Centre.
- Clients who have La Capitale Life Insurance or Savings and Investment products will have to manually add their products to their Client Centre account. Assistance will be provided to guide clients through the process.

As of June 19th, the SSQ.ca website will be deactivated, and the Client Centre will only be available via beneva.ca.
To facilitate the transition, visitors will be automatically redirected to the corresponding beneva.ca page. |

New Beneva Client App (SSQ only) |
|
As of June 19, the SSQ Client App will be migrated to the new Beneva Client App which will offer harmonized functionalities. The new Beneva Client App will be available to all SSQ App users.
The SSQ Insurance Client App will no longer be available for new transactions, although it will remain accessible. A message about the transition will be displayed that will invite users to use the Beneva Client App. It will include a link to a webpage with more details about the digital changes and a link to the download page for the Beneva Client App.
The SSQ Client App will not automatically be replaced by the Beneva Client App. Clients who wish to use the App on their phone or tablet will need to download the Beneva Client App.
Once the new Beneva Client App has been downloaded, clients will be able to access their complete product portfolio. |
