Manulife is excited to share that they can officially offer a 5% discount on FollowMe Premiere and FollowMe Enhanced Plus to clients leaving ANY group plan, regardless of the insurer.

During this promotional period (applications must be received by Dec 31^st), all eligible applicants for FollowMe Enhanced Plus or FollowMe Premiere will receive:

• A 5% discount (no discount on travel add on)
• An extended 120-day application window 

The campaign will run from September 23, 2025 to December 31, 2025.  Vitality is not available on these plans.

1. Complete Application via paper  for Premiere or Enhanced Plus Health and Dental plan by December 31, 2025
2. Submit to your wholesaler/broker support AM_BrokerSupport@manulife.ca and request 5% discount for your client under the extended eligibility offer
